  Had an excellent experience at Epic Hot Chicken! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, with just the right amount of spice. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Great portions for the price, and everything tasted amazing. Definitely one of the best chicken spots in the St. Louis area. Looking forward to my next visit! 🔥🍗😋

  Epic Hot Chicken is one of the best hot chicken spots in the Ballwin/Manchester area! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The spice level was perfect, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. I also loved their smash burgers and shakes. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious hot chicken and quality halal food in St. Louis. I'll definitely be coming back! That was epic 🌶️🍗🔥

  We are always excited when there’s a new broast place that opens up because we haven’t found a single place that we could go back to. Epic hot chicken delivers, but misses too and that is why my review is going to be as honest and as fair as possible. The place is nice and big, very family oriented, which is a big plus if you are coming in with the kids because they have an exclusive play area that can keep your kids busy while you wait for your order. The cashier looked confused when taking our order, not that it was that complicated to begin with. She combined two separate orders under one receipt that had us slightly bummed, but we had to let go since we already swiped. The first set of tenders were on level zero since it was for kids and tasted like any other hot chicken (I asked) and the fries were tastier not needing any condiment. The broast were two separate orders. One was mild and the other was medium and both were okayish. We were hoping to be blown away given that the name is “epic” hot chicken and the seasoning looked very Nashville hot chicken but the flavors never seeped into the chicken and was best reserved only for the breading. Besides, the sauce it came with was unique and we loved dipping our fries with it. Overall, this place deserves its fair share of attention if coming for a dine in with a family for the tenders and perhaps the smash burgers (we didn’t try those) but the broast is just alright. I wouldn’t rave about it the way we initially anticipated.

  Hot chicken is right! 🔥 No kidding, there was steam rolling up with every bite. Do be careful biting down because everything came out very very fresh and very very hot. The have four different spice levels (I chose the baby ways out and chose zero heat😅) I will say, the crinkle cut fries were made so delicious and the seasoning that they’re tossed in is to die for! Girl at the register was very pleasant and gave a good suggestion! I wish they had better than styrofoam cups but that’s my only ✨ wish ✨ You won’t regrets trying it!

  This place recently opened, so please keep in mind that it may very well change as time goes on: The chicken itself is good and cooked fresh as their sign says up front, which is much appreciated. However, the noticeable issue is the lack of spice despite me ordering their “Hot” level. I noticed a complete lack of heat when I was eating and it made the food taste rather bland. Another noticeable thing were their fries being clearly seasoned, however when eaten, there was no taste to them whatsoever. The portion sizes are large, which is nice. I definitely felt like I received a large amount of food. This place has good promise, just needs some time I think.
