  I want to share what happened to my husband and I after eating at Taco Bell in Aurora, Mo. We both ate the mini taco salads and nachos fries. After we got home we struggled to enter our home where we both said to each other that we felt terribly weak. I felt like I'd been poisoned. No stomach cramping, just feeling faint and weak and had diarrhea. Sorry for the over share on the poo. I think they are filling their food with MSG. I know that can cause sickness. They don't care and their all just after the money. It'll be a cold day in She'ol before I go there again. I won't soon forget how today felt after eating there. Their restaurant here is never clean. One day we went and they just opened and their was food under the table legs, on the floor and under the trash area. I remember how to close a restaurant back in the day and we would have been fired for leaving it like that! Their tables are always dirty. Whoever owns this place needs to start getting the employees in line. This would never have been acceptable back in the 90s when I worked the restaurants!

  Apparently the drive-thru is the only way to go here. Employees ignore anyone coming to the counter. That is possibly a corporate decision, but still was disappointing.

  We spent extra money to have our food door dashed to us. When we received our order, they forgot multiple items, and the food that they did give us was terrible quality. I ordered the steak fries with no guac, and no sour cream, and they proceeded to throw both of those things on there along with barely any cheese or meat. It looked like they tossed it into the container and played dodgeball with it before I received it. We ended up having to drive to the store after we received the wrong stuff and payed all the extra fees for the DoorDash (wasted money) and they gave us the correct items finally which again were poorly put together.

  This staff is always friendly and they work hard to make sure you’re happy. Today I accidentally ordered TB but sent it to the Republic store on accident. Manager in Aurora said no problem since you already paid we will just make it for you here and not charge you again. To me that speaks volumes as I couldn’t go to Republic to get my order. If you are writing bad reviews here maybe it’s not them, maybe it’s you. They have always treated me great here.
