  When messing up orders, states they will give credit but they don't. They then argue about the order and review one part of it instead of everything that was ordered, not expecting someone to come with proof and a receipt. They also say they will give credit but try charging full price when you pick your order up. They also say they talk to their "manager" and that their "manager" reviewed the receipt, but when asked to get the manager they state "I am the manager". Not sure who is running this place but pretty poor service. Surprised it's in business. Corporate is tracking now as well 🤷 UPDATE to owner response - I understand you'd like your leaders to follow through with adding points via phone number relating to customer experience barriers, but as stated above I can assure you this did not happen and I had to argue with a manager on shift about it, after being lied to. My second pizza hut complaint got routed to Mt Vernon somehow and they were more helpful and willing to help me than the Aurora pizza hut, by offering my wings order free from their restraunt, and Mt Vernon never did anything wrong! This speaks volumes for management.

  UPDATE: The young manager in charge tonight was rude, getting all puffy and had a rude tone of voice when I asked for a credit for a pizza I ORDERED but they did not have ready. I asked for a large cheese pizza, large pepperoni and a large pepperoni with bacon and buffalo chicken, along with 16 buffalo wings. They did not give me a cheese pizza. They gave me a pepperoni and the pepperoni with all the toppings. On the receipt they put it as pizza with cheese and pepperoni. Then the manager expected me to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes WITH a toddler in my car. He says since I didn’t pay for it he couldn’t give me a credit. As a customer I shouldn’t have to wait another 15 min on top of 30 min for my food to be ready. Any other restaurant would credit a customer for their time. After remodel review: Excellent food and quick/friendly staff. I have been twice so far and will update if I have a bad experience.

  order not correct. Order green olives on pizza. Green peppers was what they put on it. They had to substitute a hand toss crust for thin.Service was slow. ordered pizza for carry out. Wait for the time I was giving for pick up. When I got there it wasn't ready I waited another 30 minutes before I got the pizzas. I order 3. 1 out of the 3 was what I ordered. Will not b going back
