  Tried the new Gordita Duo or at least attempted to. They didn't inform me they were out of the duo shells. Instead they gave me a regular Gordito shell with the same insides of one duo size and tried to say it was the same as 2 duos. I spoke with the manager about it and his response was yeah that's how we fixed it.... never even giving us a choice about them being out. I had to go back in after coming thru drive thru to figure out what I was looking at. My suggestion don't eat at the Ashland Taco Bell.

  At first I was not going to leave a review but Yesterday 9/18 I came through and ordered and had my order handed out to the lady in front of me and had to wait 10 minutes to get my order, not a big deal, until today I ordered a beefy 5 layer, large matcha fry and 2 cheese cups along with 2 large drinks and a cantina chicken burrito, instead I got a chalupa two small fry’s a beefy 5 layer and the fresco burrito, I then went back around and they took out some of the items and kept the beefy 5 layer in and two small fry’s to make up for it and the fresco burrito and the chalupa. I then went back around after getting home and went inside and told them they forgot my burrito again I didn’t get sorry or anything, they did make my burrito while the rest of my food was then cold by the time I got home.

  Came thru the drive thru tried to order my kid food and was rushed to order. I told them once sec and they kept asking me if I needed help I told them no and they told me that there was other cars behind me and that I needed to leave. This is not professional or how you treat customers in a business. Workers also had on crocs open toe shoes but they trespassing me from this establishment 🤣🤣 hilarious I would hate for health department to come in and see yall in the wrong uniforms, hair below the neck line, and employees with no hair nets on. I’ll be calling the health department now. This store can’t even run correctly but shoe-ing away customers ahahaha🤣 yall managers a joke health department will tell you that🤣

  Well the chips for the nacho cheese and chips were spread across the bag of food. I ordered a Mexican pizza ended up getting a soggy hard taco. I've had it in the past there and it was good not last time tho
