  Every single time I pick up food from here I have a problem. They either don’t give me everything or they get the sauce wrong. We got boneless wings last night for dinner and I brought some with me for lunch today…As you can tell from the photo I had a completely raw boneless wing. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Just don’t go here.

  I did an online order and when I got there I found out that they gave my order to the wrong person, same first name. Not that big of a deal but still an inconvenience. The guy at the counter did apologize and they said that they would remake it. While waiting for my new order, several other people came in and checked their food too and seemed to be missing items. About 20 minutes or so later, my order finally came out and I checked mine. The order was still not right but at that point I was tired of waiting. I got home and tried some of the food and some of its either super salty or lacking in flavor. I used to like Wingstop and have only gone to this location but this will probably be my last.

  Order online a meal deal of boneless wings for my boyfriend and I before our movie. As soon as we pulled up we saw a worker in front of the store yelling on her phone so before we even parked we were kinda put off. My boyfriend went in to get our order bc on the app it said it was ready. Come to find out the worker who had been yelling outside was in fact the manager who immediately was rude to him saying they didn’t have any boneless wings. She had an attitude the whole time we were trying to figure out how to get our money back or a new order. She was yelling at staff inside and yelled at us all frustrated like it was our fault. She had told us she couldn’t do a refund which meant we needed to just substitute the boneless for bone in so we wait almost an hour for a new order of wings. Which made us almost late for our movie. I definitely felt like she as a manager should’ve called me when my online order went to the store to let us know they were out of boneless instead of having the app tell us our order was ready and then getting an attitude with us when we came to pick it up. Terrible service and wish we had a better experience considering we paid good money.

  Extremely rude manager threw a massive fit, screaming in the store with 3 other customers because she refused to properly prepare an order for doordash. When the doordash customer service called her to ask her to prep the order shes yelled at the woman on the phone and refused. A worker came out from the back and properly prepared the order. Extremely rude, low-quality customer service.
