I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Taco Bell location at 926 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, Missouri 63010. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, my order was taken by Kayla D, who exhibited a notably discourteous demeanor at the intercom. While she mentioned staffing shortages, which I understood, I was unaware that the Zesty Chicken Ranch Nachos were no longer available.
Upon reaching the window, I informed the associate that I had made an error and needed to modify an item. At this point, she abruptly took my credit card from my hand. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was surprised to learn that she was, in fact, the manager. I conveyed that her conduct was unacceptable and requested a refund.
At 11:47 pm on May 27, 2026, I went to Taco Bell after graduation with my friends. The staff forgot my cinnamon twist and I called the store to get the cinnamon twist through the door instead of waiting in the drive thru. Simple task, no? The woman I spoke to on the phone had a very nasty attitude and actually hung up on me before I had a chance to commence the call. All I wanted was my cinnamon twist with my food 💔

Horrible service every time ive been in the place. slow and rude employees with no real reason to be as behind as they are. absolutely horrible manager which ive had many rude interactions with as well as making unnecessarily loud noises in the dining area while customers are trying to eat. something needs to change with the speed in which orders are coming out.

Great food at a decent price, and you can always count on Taco Bell for a quick bite. However, my order was a bit slow to come out, and they messed up one of my items. Overall, it's a solid choice when you're craving Mexican-inspired fast food.
