    Lady took my order in drive thru. Rang me up for the wrong burger. Told her that it was the wrong burger at the window before payment. She still billed me out for the wrong burger and i had to pay several dollars extra for a burger i never ordered. And waited a whole half hour for it. Do not recommend ever coming here.

    I haven’t gone to DQ in a few years because Arnold DQ is usually gross. They can’t make good gray and when I get a chicken basket, I get gravy for my fries and toast. Pepper water is not gravy, I won’t be back until I can get a confirmation that any DQ in the area can even make gravy. I hate that I can go into a business and get terrible quality because I used to work at DQ and it’s not that hard. Unless I hop behind the counter and do it myself, it’s always gonna be terrible quality.

    DONT EVEN BOTHER TO DO CURBSIDE! Waited for over 10 minutes and finally had to go inside to inform them I’ve been waiting a while. I understand a wait if it’s busy, but there wasn’t a single customer. They walked past the windows and had a clear view of the parking lot.

    Food warm. Gravy liquid form not thick. Fries were actually "limp" from sitting. Nothing hot. Was told salt and ketchup was in the box. Nope. Had to drive back around to get it. This Dairy Queen has definitely gone downhill.

    This place is atrocious. The workers do not clean the tables, take care of the soda machines, understand what customers want. Orders are getting messed up left and right, with minimal staff and larger crowds.
