    Its been a while since the last time I had Arby's, and now I know why. I got curly fries... I mean pieces of curly fries that were lukewarm. I paid with cash and didn't get my change back. 5 cents is 5 cents

    A computer mistake messed up my order on July 4th from door dash. I was missingmy side items.. The manager Mike called me and left a message offering to replace the meals. Was very apologetic and explained what happened. We love Arby's food. One a week baby!! Lol thank you amike for fixing the mistake. Was very respectful. Great experience
