  Friendly service in the morning but they mess up the drinks every time. Good drinks in the evening but bad service. Maybe I should see what the midday group is like.

  Always super friendly and fun to talk to. The people seem to enjoy their job. Prices are very reasonable.

  Easy drive through service only. Nice employees and they help figure out your drink when you don't know what to order.

  When I went, it took about 10 minutes for someone to come over and take our order, but there was hardly a line. All of the workers were messing around and singing and running around the place and “didn’t notice we pulled up.” We still tipped and got our drinks, but they completely messed up the order. I come to 7 brew almost everyday at other locations and get the same drink. I know what its supposed to look like and an energy is not anywhere close to a coffee, which they tried to tell me I ordered. Genuinely just a stupid situation and these kids need to learn to stop messing around while at work.

  I love 7 Brew and I’d like to say this review does not reflect the employees at store level at all. However, we ordered 8 frozen drinks on 4th of July and were given 8 drinks that were not frozen at all. I told the cashier they were supposed to be frozen and she mentioned their machines were not keeping up… & unfortunately there was nothing she could do. I reached out to customer service who gave me a ONE drink reward to make up for the EIGHT drinks that we received and paid for that were not frozen and tasted weird, so they were thrown away. I want a refund or the 8 drinks replaced as that only seems fair. If we were told frozen drinks weren’t available we would have ordered different drinks. The customer service, or lack there of had been ridiculous! & yes, I provided a video while still in the drive through of our completely liquified drinks.
