    Last 3 times I have been to the store, it's been over a 30 min wait for mediocre food. Don't think I'm going to be coming back for a very long time.

    Blizzard did not have any chunks or bits in it, most soft-serve. The burger was cold enough that the cheese wasn't melted. Worse, had a curly blonde hair in it. Disgusting.

    Unsure how the worker can order our order for us but she sure as hell tried! Lmao constantly interrupted us the entire time—anxiety inducing it was ridiculous 😵‍💫.. only

    Pregnant and can't eat anything. I got a craving for the chicken strips and gravy. Placed an online order and went to pick it up. Got home and realized they forgot the gravy and the fries were cold to the touch. My husband called and asked if we could bring the food back (their policy) and get gravy and new fries since the last were bad but would be even worse a second round trip. They took the bag from him, added the gravy, and handed him the same bag back. Annoying but whatever. I dont have the energy or time to stay at a DQ for half way decent food taking several attempts. Really they were not worried about putting the best out. Now I have chicken strips and fries that have been back and forth to this location and the gravy is the worst I've had. It was cold and clumpy.
