  Waited about 10 minutes just to order in the driveway thru. Confirmed the order at the first window then waited another 5 minutes to get the food. They gave us two medium fries with half full boxes of very cold fries, none of the nuggets we ordered and my husband's sandwich that he ordered woth only onions didn't have a single onion on it (or anything else either.) Hubby went in to get the nuggets and they weren't very warm when we got them either. Seems like it's something every single time. Guess we won't be back to this location.

  McDonald's is trash. Came to the Paw Paw location after daughter's softball game. Place is dirty. Employees on duty pretend they don't see you. Order came out cold, missing items, flat out wrong items and there isn't an employee who will look at you to offer any assistance.

  Friday may 15- 3:00. Not very busy. Just another McDoalds drive thru w no napkins. Must be same entity as the one in Wayland Mi. 🤣. But they did get our order for 2 people correct.

  This has become the worker McDonald’s between paw paw and Kalamazoo. They take 45 minutes to make two meals. They don’t have half the menu in stock over half the time and there employees are rude and leave the phone on the counter with someone on the line for 5 minutes. I had to call three separate times about my order after my dasher could not get them to figure it out. Worst McDonald’s. To busy doing each other in the back cooler and freezer than actually doing what your paid to do which is make food and serve customers. You don’t like your job leave.

  The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The worst service!!! They took over twenty minutes to make three drinks. We got a coffee and two frozen lemonades. The coffee was fine it just tasted a little funky. But, don't even get me started on the lemonades. When the lady gave the drinks to us the FROZEN LEMONADES wasn't even FROZEN!!! The lady comes back and we tell her this, and her words are "well the machine it, it doesn't work" and I am so confused on why they even gave this to me. So I tell her "well if the machine doesn't work for this flavor (which was the sprite one) can you just make me a different flavor." And so because the first drink looked like pee we wanted our money back and the lady she just ignored us. So we got a different flavor of frozen lemonade and a funky coffee. And keep in this in mind this lady was older so it wasn't like she was 16 or 17. No a full grown women. Uh people these days. DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!!!!!
