  This place has gone down hill really bad for as much as you spend at this place there should be no reason whatsoever that the food should be old and nasty should be fresh to order everytime. This is that place that when i can afford it, its a little treat to myself well it was terrible and i will no longer be treating myself at this Arby's.10$ for a sandwich that tasted like shit yeah im not happy this due to lazy workers who dont want to do their job correctly.. I used to work fast food when I was younger so I know how bad it sucks but at the end if the day you signed up for that job so do it correctly or find a new one that simple and quit wasting people's hard earned money on serving garbage food.

  Sat and waited in line to be served in the drive-through. Then I sat and waited for 20 minutes to receive my food from the drive-through and never did. I had to leave because I needed to make it to my appointment. So I left without my food. I called and asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund because they need to need to do the refund in person. I live out of town and the whole point of fast food is too quickly get your food and go. I should be able to receive my refund over the phone if I have my card information. Do not go here. Waste of your time..

  Certainly isn't what it use to be, swear their fries always taste burnt anymore. Really miss ther ham and cheddar too.

  I was in the bathroom and an employee came in used the restroom then left without washing their hands. Make sure you wear those masks though 🤔😒
