We moved here from California and ate Hinodeya ramen from Japantown all the time. So when we moved to Louisville we tried quite a few places and feel like it’s the best in Lou! I love the Kuro and then adding the spicy oil—so yummy! Oh and it delivers very well!

- MCMike ConnerJul 12, 20265.0First time eating here. We started with a bottle of sake and the salmon carpaccio, which was delicious. The vegetables and salmon with the lemon juice paired nicely. Then we got a Tuna Pokémon bowl and the black garlic oil ramen. Both were very flavorful and perfectly prepared. Definitely recommend.
