- KJkayla jaidenMay 6, 20261.0I came in with my husband around 12am on May 6, 2026. after a long night, hoping to grab some food before heading home. We stood at the counter waiting to order for about five minutes and were never greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. I completely understand that food service can get busy… I’ve worked in the industry myself so I’m always patient and understanding. Even a quick “Hey, I’ll be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way. While we were standing there waiting, a DoorDash driver came in and held up his phone for an order. The male employee helping him was being unnecessarily rude and repeatedly yelled, “What’s the name? I said what’s the name?” in an aggressive tone. After handing the driver his order, the employee walked away without acknowledging us at all, despite us having already been standing there waiting. We stayed a few more minutes hoping someone would finally help us, but we continued to be completely ignored, so we ended up leaving and going to another Buffalo Wild Wings location instead. Thankfully, the other location gave us great service. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but the lack of basic customer service and professionalism here was really disappointing.

We didn't have to ask for the wings to be cooked the right way or saucy. This really outshines the rest of the BDubs throughout KY. Show them how it's done ✔️
