  I'm only giving it 4 stars because we had to wait about 40 minutes before placing a food order but all of the waiting was worth it!!! We were there to celebrate my grandson's 7th birthday and decided at the last minute to go there. We had 16 total family members there so it was a big table! We were finally able to order and our waitress was absolutely AMAZING! She took care of us like a champ! After paying for our meals, the manager, Alexis, came over and offered us game cards and wrist bands for all the kids to play....on the house!!!! WOW, I could not have been more surprised and humbled. The fact that we waited so long to even be taken care of in the restaurant was quickly forgotten when they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Thank you Alexis for making my grandson's birthday so memorable and fun. Not just for him but for all of us:) We sincerely appreciate the amazing hospitality.

  I signed my kids kids up for kids bowl free and we a great time. It was clean. The staff was friendly

  We love this space to enjoy time with family and have fun....whenever we receive visits we also like to have fun at the Main Event

  Main event was great. We were seated next to a very lively group that was broke glass and walking crazy up and down the bowling aisle the entire game but it was her birthday so it was ok we understand. We were young once too. Other than that good place.

  This was our families first time at main event. Daniel greeted us up front and answered every single question we had about pricing and even helped us get a better deal by suggesting we purchase activity passes and fun cards since we wasn't sure if we wanted to eat. He asked us what our time budget was, if we were interested in dining there, and if we were interested in trying the human crane. After our purchase, he helped another family while we finished our purchase. He then walked us to our lanes where we were greeted by Marquise and Ryan, who took extraordinary care in making sure our lanes were set up and cleaned, also bringing us our shoes and calling our server for us. Our server was Rebecca. she was the sweetest person we think we had ever met serving food at any restaurant. she was very involved with our children and was attentive to us during our bowling. Laser tag was a blast! Daniel ensured that our family of 4 would get to do a session by ourselves! Bryant was a very sweet young man. And Lastly, The human crane! What a FUN experience! Nevaeh and Daniel Helped my children and myself with this experience. They seemed to have an issue at first but afterwards everything ran smoothly. We only paid $45 for 3 people and its definitely worth the experience if you've never tried this before. (your husband will laugh at you!!) Overall, 5/5 for the very personal experience we received from Main Event and from the Manager, Daniel, to whom we owe a great THANK you for being incredibly personable in the fast-paced hospitality industry.
