Miss Daleia greeted us as soon as we arrived to our first reservation as well as helping in getting us checked in for our second reservation for the night! She was very friendly and a helpful hand for the night!

Okay, so Main Event was seriously awesome. From the moment I walked in, the energy was just contagious. I spent ages in the arcade, trying to win tickets for those silly prizes – almost got enough for a giant plushie! The bowling alley was super clean and the lanes were great thanks to Daleia. I even tried out the ropes course, which was a bit challenging but so much fun. Plus, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a place where you can just let loose and have a great time, no matter what you're in the mood for. I left feeling totally energized!

Wow, what a day at Main Event! Seriously, I had such a blast. The bowling was on point And Daleia was awesome , and I even managed to get a few strikes. Then we hit up the arcade, and I felt like a kid again, trying to beat all the high scores. The laser tag was epic too ghassan was amazing with helping us get started – I was definitely feeling competitive! And can we talk about the food? Those wings were delicious. It's just a really fun atmosphere, and I'm already planning my next trip back. Highly recommend it!

Lucas and Rachel at The Sky Rail did an awesome job. Lucas was patient and stayed with my daughter until she finally went on the zip line and he was probably up there a good 15 to 20 minutes with her and it was great that he took the time and had the patience with her.

We spent around $400 to host my daughter’s birthday party for 13 kids because the entire point of booking a birthday package is that it should be easy, low-stress, and handled for you.
Instead, we spent the entire party chasing down staff, asking repeatedly for basic necessities, dealing with broken games and attractions, and being made to feel like we were inconveniencing employees by expecting the service we had already paid for.
From the moment we arrived, our host, Mari, had an attitude with me. It wasn’t just my impression either—several of our guests later told me they had unpleasant interactions with her as well.
The soda machine was turned off, and there was a door alarm going off during the party. I asked if the alarm could be turned off and was simply told “no.”
Then the food came out.
There wasn’t enough silverware for a reservation of 13 kids. We were brought plastic forks, but not enough, so we had to ask for more. Since the kids were eating pancakes, we also needed knives. We asked and were brought a plastic cup with two plastic butter knives.
For 13 kids.
We asked again and got three metal knives and were told to let Mari know if we needed more.
We obviously did.
After asking three separate times and waiting roughly half an hour just to get enough knives for kids to cut their pancakes, Mari couldn’t be found, so I finally had to walk into the kitchen myself. She asked what I was doing before eventually returning with a handful of knives.
I also watched staff open individually wrapped silverware, touch the utensils with their bare hands, and place them into plastic cups. Our host had also served the food without gloves.
The kids were supposed to receive plastic bowling pins as souvenirs, but staff said they “couldn’t find them,” so instead they handed a group of small children real bowling pins. Most parents immediately took them to their cars because full-size bowling pins are basically weapons in the hands of excited little kids.
Then came the arcade.
The only game I personally played malfunctioned five separate times, and each reset took more than five minutes. Other people in our group repeatedly had games error out, fail, or take credits, which meant tracking down employees to fix machines or reload cards.
I also paid an additional $20 for my daughter to do the Human Crane. It broke twice, and engineers had to come over and repair it.
At some point you have to ask: what exactly did the $400 party package pay for?
Instead of enjoying my daughter’s birthday, I was hunting down silverware, looking for our host, walking into the kitchen myself, finding employees to reset broken games, getting credits replaced, and waiting for attractions to be repaired.
I actually planned to put all of this in the post-party survey I expected to receive afterward.
They never sent one. So here it is publicly.
I would never host another birthday party here, and after this experience I honestly wouldn’t return with my family either.
Malibu Jack’s is right down the street, their machines actually work, and they don’t make customers feel like a burden for asking employees to do their jobs.
When you spend hundreds of dollars on your child’s birthday party, you shouldn’t leave thinking, “I could have saved the money and done less work myself.”
Unfortunately, that’s exactly how I felt.
