  I had an outstanding experience at the Bellevue Chipotle thanks to Cheyenne and Carson. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The service was incredibly quick, but they never sacrificed quality or customer care. Both of them greeted customers with a smile, were very polite, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work and create such a positive atmosphere. Great food, great service, and great people. Thank you, Cheyenne and Carson, for making my visit a great one. Bellevue Chipotle is lucky to have you both!

  Whoever the manager of this place is should be fired. This place is disgusting. Very unclean area where they make your food. 80% of the ingredients were empty. Low on rice, chicken bits were all the was left in the container, no pico, no corn, no cheese. With Chipotle’s history of food born illness, there is no excuse to have a filthy workspace. Avoid this place at all cost. I walked out after seeing how little rice and chicken they put in my bowl and how they had zero toppings available to add to it. What a joke this place is.

  Whoever manages this location needs to be there right now for all shifts to stay on top of the processes. The food and experience is unreliable and with another Chipotle location nearby, you risk driving people away permanently. Food should be hot and fresh, prepared consistently, the store should be clean... We'll probably avoid this location for another 6 months hoping you work the kinks out. Hopefully you do!

  It's fine. It's not going to remind you of how Chipotle was before the decline, but for me it's better than the Newport location. As with any Chipotle in current year, it's kinda dirty, the service kinda sucks and there's a 50/50 chance your chicken wasn't seasoned by the flouridated cook.

  Undercooked rice no seasoning on chicken. Workers more busy with talking gossip than cleaning and making sure food is prepared. No sour cream. Tomatoes look like they was old and tasted like it. Dinning room tables all dirty had to clean my own table. To have that many workers and the place look like that just shows poor management. I waited a month to come here hoping this place would have turned around by now and it just shows nothing but poor management and under trained staff
