Decided to drive while I was on hold lady working when I arrived said can I help you I reply yes please that’s me on hold she reply ow well hangs up phone. I paid for pizza than they tell me another 18 min. After I placed the order online they said 15 min it took 17 to drive now I have to wait another 18 min no apology or discount. Never again will I come to this papa John’s .
