- DFDallas FindleyMay 5, 20261.0Worker just grabbed the hand cart thing and kept repeating I’m not allowed to take it outside despite me repeatedly telling her I would leave it inside by the door to grab a cart. She said I needed to buy a bag and I told her their bags with no handles as I’m fighting my toddler really aren’t helpful. She tried to grab the basket again repeating I can’t take it outside. Rather than pushing her away from us I repeated what I said and decided to just go to my car. I’m still upset so I’ve been on the phone waiting for customer service for over 20 minutes. And now have tried all department phones to get any manager and no one answers the phones. Probably due to getting high volume of complaints. Easier to just not deal with it I guess. Not sure why they allow carts outside if it’s a big deal about the baskets when the homeless take the shopping carts.
