  The visit to this location was highly disappointing due to a total lack of speed and a complete disregard for order accuracy. Despite using the mobile app to save time, I was left waiting in the designated area for nearly twenty minutes while the staff focused almost exclusively on the drive-thru, seemingly ignoring the growing crowd inside. When the food finally arrived, the order was missing several items and the remaining burgers were lukewarm with messy, rushed assembly. The fries were cold and stale, tasting as though they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long, and the overall quality was well below the standard expected even for a quick meal. Furthermore, the dining room was in a state of disarray, with overflowing trash cans and several tables covered in salt and previous customers' remnants. It is frustrating to pay for a meal that is served with such a lack of care and professional urgency, and the disorganized management of this facility makes it a spot I will certainly be avoiding in the future.

  I love McDonald's especially this one it is 24 hr. Getting good after you pull up is fast, I have no problems about the speed.

  Went there today and the person taking the order lied to me. I had asked if the saja burger will come with the photo card since they were out if the meal. The lady who was taking my order lies and says "yes it will be included" so I pay just to find out afterwards that it will infact NOT be included. The sandwich was not good either, why is the bun so small compared to the other portions. Honestly go to ANY other McDonald's if you want honesty and good workers with integrity. This one is clearly lacking in those.

  I wanted to thank the employees who were working about 9 pm on March 19, 2026 at the Waianae Mcdonalds for their SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order for 7 customized meals, 2 customized sandwiches and 3 wraps. for curbside pick up. My family and I were very pleased that they were 100% accurate with our order regardless of the customizations we requested. We were also very pleased that the order was packed very neatly. Even more pleased that it took them less 5 mins from the time I parked to bring our order and the food was fresh. Great customer service makes great customer experience!! Mahalo to the Employees at the Waianae McDonalds for making our night, a great one. Keep Up The Great Work!!!
