  I ordered my food and was told 1 hour. I asked for a receipt and some rude cook with glasses said I have to wait for my food to get the recipet. So I waited. I can back 30 minutes to check in on my pizza and was told the order was "taken by a delivery driver" and then the cooks started mentioning how my receipt was never printed. Was told it needed to be remade and took another 30 minutes...

  Wish I could give zero stars. Paulo can’t read an address to save his life, 2 times now he has delivered my orders to randoms homes in my neighborhood, last time I found it on a random door step, today, it was nowhere to be found. Managers answer the phone and say ‘he says it was delivered…are you sure it’s not there?’ Like I’m not standing on my very open front porch with no order in sight. Manager seems quick to take Paulos side every single time. They are quick to just offer a refund because they just tell you they’re ‘slammed’ and your order goes to the bottom of the list with zero priority, even though I wasn’t the one who messed up. Paulo is awful. And clearly he’s still employed with no repercussions because he’s still making deliveries. Absolutely poor service. As if the food isn’t already overpriced, now you’ll have to go find your own order after Paulo decides to deliver it wherever he pleases.

  This is the most depressing pasta bowl I’ve ever had. Are you guys rationing sauce or something? The first photo is how it came and the second is after I tried mixing it around. For $9 I think you guys can handle adding a little more sauce.

  Called at 5pm for dinner at hopefully 6. I checked it's status and it said it was out for delivery and would be 20 minutes (ok fine im not upset) 7pm rolls around and they then mark it as delivered. But the problem: no pizza! And since they marked it as delivered i cant even get my $71.04 back (online order). So I call the store and nobody answers. (Now im mad) so i call there corporate number and they have an AI answer me and it cant help me (or transferme to a human). It says to file an email complaint and an "investigation" will be launched. I seriously doubt it. So i did file an email. But still, I just want my pizza! But if not that at least a refund!

  I tried ordering from this establishment and not only did they lie about delivering our food, they refused to do anything about rectifying the situation. I tried calling up to the restaurant to get in contact with customer service, but they hung up in my face multiple times. I would recommend taking your business and money elsewhere. I’m very disappointed.
