  2 hours for delivery. Paid for convenience. Only got hungrier edit: I had to drive there myself to pickup my order. Apparently the doordash delivery was cancelled and I was not notified at all, not even a courtesy call. The worker at the shop itself was nice enough to void the transaction and redo it as a carryout, but my food had already been sitting in the warmer for a long period of time already. If you order from here you might as well do carryout only because theres a good chance you might be stuck with doordash handling your order, and they might still be in Paia

  I made an order at 10am to be delivered at 3:30 pm thinking that it would be enough time to not feel rushed and be able to organize a timely drop off. I don’t hear from them all day until I call because the delivery was late only for them to tell me it’s going to be an hour late. When I asked what was the point of even scheduling it in advance a customer service rep rudely suggested that I just get a refund if I don’t like like how they’re handling the order. Please for anyone reading this, do yourself a huge favor and do not order from this Pizza Hut. At least then maybe they’d get the hint and try a little harder to be more professional. As you can read from the other reviews the owner is seems to be extremely sorry but doesn’t bother to do anything about it. I repeat, do not order from this Pizza Hut.

  Found a rubber band cooked into my pizza then only wanted to trade the pizza for a new one but they said they didn’t carry rubber bands in there location and said an investigation needs to be done by pizza hut as if my kids weren’t already hungry enough so i just hung up not worth my time worst pizza hut on maui no questions asked

  Food is great, exactly the consistent pizza hut flavor we all know and love. But the fact that the owners/managers have implemented asking for a tip, even for an online order, encourages me to dine at PH's competition. It's obvious that the employees find it awkward as well. I'm not talking about online tipping. If I pay online, they ask for a tip in store at the register.

  I put this because I work in the service industry, and truly believe that part of our job is to give the guest/customer the best experience possible. This lady was dry, curt, and not pleasant at all. I almost wanted to hang up. But, I also wanted to eat. Probably not a good slogan. Just needed to eat, with not wanting to go out. Or other means of acquiring sustenance.
