  The lack of customer service was insane. We had a miscommunication. My order got canceled and they tried to contact me but my phone sends unknown #s to voicemail so I missed it. I reached out after 50mins of waiting so we were both annoyed. The GM “V” decided to hang up on me while we were talking through it all. I called back to place an order for pick up since I now had hungry kids waiting and whining. She wouldn’t even allow me to talk and threatened to call the cops on me for harassment! ✌🏽 bye Papa John’s. Never again. V best of luck to you and your short fuse🤙🏽 I’m sure it will take you far.

  I can't believe I just supported Door Dash. Such a disgusting company driving up prices with restaurant surcharges, service fees, delivery fees, and you cannot forget the tip. Charges are so well hidden behind their "deals" on their websites for ultimately was boring pizza. I don't want to expect, but I at least hoped for better. I'm sticking to Domino's from now on!
