- CRCris Ribeiro2 days ago1.0If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I ordered a burger for $12, and all I got was a bun with a hamburger patty inside. When I asked where the lettuce and tomato were, the staff told me that since I hadn’t specifically requested them, the burger only came with the bun and patty. The staff is very poorly trained because they should at least offer customers the option instead of charging $12 and serving nothing more than a bun with a tiny patty. That’s completely unacceptable. I will never set foot in this place again.

- TKTammy KuriharaMay 6, 20265.0It’s been awhile since I last came here but I had therapy in Mililani so I decided to pick up dinner in the area. I ordered online quick and easy. Pick up was at 8:08 pm. As soon as I stepped in, I was taken care of immediately by a very nice young lady who let me know my order was being worked on and would be ready soon. Then a nice young man gave me my two shakes, asked if I needed a cup holder, which I did, and took care of it for me. As I sat down to wait for my food, I noticed the place was very clean as well. My order was ready and the employees thanked me and gave me a proper send off. My cheeseburger was great. I like it simple with just ketchup and chopped white onions. My husband had a Triple Bacon Cheeseburger burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, mustard and ketchup. I had the Cajun fries and he had the regular. They were way too salty for my taste but on a positive note, it was hot. I had a salted caramel and my husband had the strawberry. The shakes aren’t thick but it’s at least creamy and not too sweet. It’s very expensive to get a complete meal here but it’s a clean establishment, the service was excellent and the food was good quality. Just use way less salt on the fries and it’s all good 👍
