However, an employee remember they still had pint of them for people to buy. They were the sweetest girls. 10/10 customer service ❤️🩹

I’ve never seen such rude customer service! Her attitude is ugly and condescending. I think she is also a cake decorator, (the one with dark hair and glasses). Maybe that’s why they keep her? Not a good reason though…. I won’t set foot in there anymore. So glad Mauka opened!
- AFAngelina-Joleen FelicianoMay 24, 20251.0Walked into Baskin-Robbins to get ice cream with my grandmother and my cousin and was so excited to get my ice cream and when my grandmother changed her mind about getting a double scoop and getting a pint instead was met with anger as the girl slammed the case door of the ice cream and gave my grandma attitude While checking us out, and my grandma offered to pay for the cup that she used and the clerk responded with I just didn’t wanna waste the cup and a whole bunch of attitude. My grandma said that they need to learn how to have good customer service before putting them behind a counter and paying them for their time. Ruined our nice outing we were having. Disappointed in this customer service.
