- ISIris Kino ShigekaneMay 21, 20261.0This is absolutely ridiculous. I come here because I can get my cereal for my kid's breakfast and I can get coffee at Starbucks (1 stop). For the past week, there is a sign at Starbucks saying that they have mobile orders and will not service any customers! When has this world become so "bot-ified" that in-person customer service has become non -essential? And on the other hand, they have self-service kiosks to check out, but they close everything early in the morning and have only 1 register only. 5 people in line. Nobody else comes up to help bring the line down. My kid was late to school because of all this nonsense and I couldn't even get a small cup of coffee (not even anything that has to be "made" or "mixed" or "crafted" or whatever you want to call it. Just a hot cup of coffee-black. Super disappointed in whatever you call customer service nowadays... Oh and I tried to pick up RX yesterday. Checked your website which told me your pharmacy was open until 8pm. I got there at 7:17pm and the pharmacy was closed. I made an extra trip for nothing and it's not like gas is cheap. Get your act together please.
