Italian RestaurantFine Dining RestaurantRestaurantWine BarBarCocktail Lounge
Osteria Mozza Lanai at Four Seasons Resort Lanai brings James Beard Award-winning Chef Nancy Silverton's acclaimed Italian cuisine to Hawaii for the first time. Chef Eli Anderson leads the culinary team, presenting signature dishes including Nancy's Caesar with an Egg, Ricotta and Egg Raviolo with browned butter sauce, and Grilled Beef Tagliata. The legendary Mozzarella Bar showcases antipasti while wood-fired pizzas emerge from ovens fueled by local kiawe wood. Handmade pastas use eggs from Lanai Grown Farm alongside fresh lettuces from Sensei Farms and Hawaiian sea salt. House-spun gelati complete the experience. Ocean views frame every meal. Located near Puu Pehe and Hulopoe Bay.

Such an amazing place from start to finish! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere made the whole evening feel special. What really stood out was the warmth of the team — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell they put a lot of care into every detail. We had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding experience! I can genuinely say that this restaurant has some of the best service I have experienced in my 9 years living in the United States. What impressed me the most was how genuinely caring and attentive the entire staff was. You can really feel that they care about every guest and want to make sure you are comfortable, happy, and enjoying every moment of your experience. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, thoughtful, and attentive without ever being overwhelming. 10/10 experience and a place I would absolutely recommend to anyone. We will definitely be coming back!

I thought the food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful. We had the burrata & bacon, Nancy’s Caesar salad, and tagliatelle and were happy with each item. Desserts also phenomenal. Kyle was awesome; he was so personable and had so much attention to detail that my wife and I really appreciated! We thought prices were aligned with the food quality and beautiful scenery. Views and decor truly made it all come together.

Great dinner - the star of the meal was the tagliatelle pasta! We also ordered dirty martinis and they had perfect hand stuffed olives. We loved the sunset and ocean views. Kyle was an awesome server and we will be sure to come back next time we are in Hawaii!!

If you're charging $47 for pizza, $68 chicken thighs, it should be the best you've ever had . Those are actual menu prices. The $68 bone-in Jidori chicken thighs perfectly illustrates the issue. A half Jidori chicken in Lana'i City costs $39 and is excellent. "Jidori" may sound impressive on a menu, but it doesn't magically justify doubling the price, and you’re giving the name recognition more value than the guest. Poulet Rouge would be the gold standard when it comes to chicken, and even then, most guests wouldn't care. The obvious response is that everything is more expensive in Hawaii because it must be shipped in. That's certainly true—to a point. But the restaurants in Lana'i City somehow manage to serve significantly better food at far more reasonable prices, despite facing the same logistical challenges. Also, everyone on the island gets their food delivered on the Sysco Foodservice barge that comes in every Wednesday, and none of can leverage the buy power, or comporate conrtacts that the Four Seasons can. Osteria Mozza felt like two different restaurants sharing the same space: a casual breakfast restaurant by day and a very average Italian restaurant charging fine-dining prices by night. Fortunately, we were invited to dinner there by friends we met during our stay. Had I been paying that bill myself, my opinion would have been considerably less charitable.
