When another patron called out this bizarre behavior, they told my mom they were closed and denied her service. I sincerely hope other Black, African Americans, and customers of color are treated with more dignity and compassion than how these employees treated my mother.

Once an hour passed, I chatted and then called and basically got an “it may come by the end of the day” but no ETA. The whole point of this was to enjoy my vacation and here I am having to manage a stupid grocery order. I have asked for a refund; I don’t see the status reflecting this online so I anticipate even more hassle before it’s done. Updated from 1 star to 3; stopped by store since I still needed groceries and order wasn’t cancelled and they still had my order in the back and brought to me. Wouldn’t recommend delivery but if pickup is an option I would try that again.
