  Highly recommend this place to anyone staying at the four seasons. The food was incredible and staff was amazing. The chicken was the best chicken my wife and I ever had. Our server was awesome as well and supper attentive. Always refilled my water, and I drink a lot of water. The cheesecake was incredible as well. Will definitely be coming back.

  Wow. 11/10 experience. Everything from sushi apps, drinks, bourbon offerings, and my NY were over the top good. I need to make a very special shout out to David our server. One of the most special, talented and caring servers I could ask for. His hospitality, knowledge, attention and creativity were beyond anything I’ve ever had. Thank you, I will request you for every dinner moving forward because you made my dinner special. Cheers

  We continue to eat at all of the highest rated places on Maui. We have eaten at Spago multiple times. The atmosphere is great. The food is very mediocre

  Have been coming here for years and normally love it however the past two times I’ve been here I’ve had a very mediocre experience and the food has also gone downhill. The service unfortunately has changed a lot and I didn’t feel that it was worth the price. Fish came out overcooked and other dishes were full of butter way too much salt. Many other restaurants in Maui I’d recommend such as mamas fish house.

It is about creating an experience that people carry with them long after the last bite. Chef Nate and his team do exactly that. And that experience is brought to life by an exceptional team. Jeb and Mikayla cared for our table with genuine warmth, grace, and attentiveness. Their presence never felt scripted—it felt wholehearted. Together with Chef Nate’s extraordinary cuisine, they created an evening that felt effortless, welcoming, and unforgettable. I’ve been fortunate to enjoy memorable meals at exceptional restaurants around the world. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for what truly distinguishes a great restaurant from a merely good one. Maui is my home, and it brings me tremendous joy to know that we have a restaurant here where I can consistently anticipate a world-class dining experience.
