  Food was great! Definitely try the crudo and truffle pasta! Dessert was also out of this world. The strawberry and coconut sorbet, almond cake with guava, and lemon dessert with chocolate were absurd. Definitely recommend!

  1 star. Went to Ferraro's at the Four Seasons for our anniversary dinner. The service was simply terrible. It started with a gummy bear stuck to my napkin. When I pointed it out and the server swapped it out. No apology, not even an acknowledgement of what that represents from a hygiene standpoint. Less than five minutes into our entrees a busboy came by asking if we were done. He came back fifteen minutes later and asked again. Then the server pushed us to commit on dessert while we were still mid-conversation. They clearly wanted us out. When we asked to speak with a manager at the end of the meal, the server flat-out refused and said the manager was busy. Any restaurant can have an off night. This wasn't one thing, it was the whole evening. If you're picking somewhere for an occasion, pick somewhere else.

  Just had the most incredible dinner at Ferraro Restaurant in Wailea, Maui! The views are absolutely stunning—sitting there overlooking the ocean as the sun sets is pure magic. The pasta water Martini is a game-changer, and their traditional mai tai is the real deal, strong and perfectly balanced. For the mains, the SPAGHETTI AL NERO DI SEPPIA with that rich squid ink pasta, tender Kona Lobster, confit tomato, and bold Puttanesca sauce was outstanding. Equally killer was the BUCATINI ALLE VONGOLE loaded with fresh clams, white wine, and that flavorful herbed brodo. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you're in Wailea, Ferraro is a must—top-tier Italian with that unbeatable Hawaiian vibe. Highly recommend! 🍝🍹🌅

  5’s across the board! We came here for my birthday dinner and I’m so happy we chose this place. I’m an Italian food snob. I learned to cook it from real Italian chefs so I am often let down by American Italian restaurants. This was the farthest thing from a let down. Every dish we had was perfect. We had the Kampachi crudo, beet salad, squid ink pasta and the Hawaiian sea bass, and the mascarpone lemon desert. Everything was cooked to perfection. All flavors and seasoning was on point. None of it was over done. Just simple perfection. The squid ink pasta is a much have. Hope our server was so sweet and did a great job suggesting the wines, Amari and cocktails for our palettes. She was very attentive. Finally we lived the fire dancer that performed while we were dining. That was a fun surprise! We’d come back and recommend to others!

  Note: Google Maps shows Ferraro's right at the southern entrance, but it's actually next to the pool area, about 200 feet north of its GMaps pin. My family and I had a lunch to remember there today. We all got the seafood cobb salad, which was extremely delicious. The roast eggplant appetizer was also extraordinary! I actually think the prices here are super reasonable, given that you're dining at a 5-star hotel resort right on the beach and the chef has some serious firepower and local connection (as evidenced throughout the menu). Service was also standout - Matt and Justin took great care of us. A performer even began singing Hawaiian tunes. And the views were incredible. In short, I was really pleasantly surprised by my experience at Ferraro's and disagree with its rather low Google review aggregate score. I've eaten all over both Italy and Hawaii, and I would recommend this place for a nice splurge meal to just about anyone.
