Fish and chips should be made with cod or preferably haddock and not the tough rubbery “fish of the day.” I’ve had better frozen pizza than the margarita they serve. Highly disappointing food quality. Food also took an excessively long time to come. I’ve waited less at a 5 star steak house than this basic poolside establishment. When you decide to eat at a place like this you expect relatively quick food and move on. The bright spot were the servers who provided excellent service. If only the food could match the quality of the service.

If I had to eat gluten-free and vegetarian burgers for the rest of my life, this would be it. Don’t miss it. The grill offers lunch from 11:00-6:00 PM overlooking the pool and lagoon. The grill offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a full day of just doing nothing.
