Cute shape but the flavors were artificial and ice shave was more like a snow cone than a shave. Not sure why this gets so much love on social media. Quality not in line with the rest of the resort.

Worst shave ice I've ever had. Very watered down flavor. Such a shame because there is so much potential to be better. C'mon Disney. Step up your game. This is robbery!

The shave ice here is a little hard. Its always best for shave ice to be softer and finer.
