An amazing experience with the signature Disney touch. The storytelling and cultural performances were top-notch, and the activities kept the kids engaged. Exactly the high-quality experience expected.

We can’t say enough good things about this Luau, the atmosphere, food, dancing and the show was all amazing! We were a little worried it would be very kiddish being Disney and we were 4 adults going, but it wasn’t at all. I think it was perfect for all ages, and the pre show activities were also super cute and fun! The buffet was amazing too with a bunch of Hawaiian options to try, I would recommend this Luau to anyone going to Waikiki. It is on the pricier side but you do get a lot included in that price (open bar, a welcome drink & beautiful Lei upon arrival, full buffet dinner and pre show activities) not just the show itself, we loved it!
If you want a luau that is slightly Disney themed and apart of the hotel, then this was a good one. But it's not the best luau I've been to. The food was okay. I will give major props that they make kid friendly foods for the littles! The drinks are mass produced and insanely heavy. Not my thing. The show was good but not amazing. I did love that they had activities before the show and it kept my kid entertained. Since it is Disney and they know there will be kids there, it would have been nice if they had like a dance area for kids. The kids wanted to dance and were told to sit down. And other kids were running for the stage (bad parenting). Maybe a spot they could safely dance to the music would have been good to allow them to experience the culture and not shame them for wanting to dance to the music.
KA WA’A - A LŪ’AUをVIPで予約して参加しました。

Typical Disney: stand in entrance line (30 mins) to take an obligatory character picture, then move to another line to wait & be seated then wait 30 to 40 minutes to be called to the buffet line. There is no floral lei, just a cheap koa bead necklace. Food is mediocre. No traditional roasted pork or poi. Up side is open bar (drink as much as you want). The entertainment is Disneyfied Hawaiian tunes. This Lū’au is really geared to entertain children. (The Lū’-au at Hilton Waikiki is much more worth the cost. Hilton has better traditional Lū’au food, no lines, & more traditional Hawaiian song & ceremony. )
