- LSLoliana SorrellsMay 9, 20261.0I live on the mainland. My Mother lives in Kapolei. She loves Dunkin'. I tried ordering donuts through Uber Eats, Door Dash & GrubHub to have them delivered to her for Mother's Day from this location. This location has not been accepting orders for 3 days. Also, called several times to ask when their order window for delivery would be open, no one answered. I had to order them from the Pearl City location, so far out of the way with a ridiculous delivery charge.

This is what I'm talking about being recgonized and appreciated. That was really cool. Again, A1 customer service. Amazing mocha iced coffee, love the wraps, avocado toast, and donuts. I could on and on...I'm telling you Dunkin is where it's at!

- GBGemma BaileyDec 19, 20251.0First time here and the service is very slow and when my lady gave me my drink cup is soapy and when she hand me the rest of my order I was disappointed because it smell like cleaning chemicals and it was cold. And so I tried my other order and same thing smells like chemicals. I tried a small bite and it was one of the most stupid decision I did. I called them and let them know what happen and the lady in the other line was sorry and offer me to come back. Yap my answer is NOPE and I don’t need them to replace it. Never again
