- VBVirginia BakerDec 15, 20254.0I love this location because they actually let you have a sample prior to deciding which ice cream to purchase. They have everything in this location, ice cream & cakes & pints (to grab and go) and other delicious treats. Staff are friendly and helpful and greet you with a smile. The only reason I removed a star is sometimes the ice cream freezers (where they get the scoops to make your ice cream) are left open. I have had a few experiences where the ice cream was so soft that the ingredients had melted together. I realize sometimes the ice cream can be hard to scoop - so they try to soften it a bit so they can scoop it easily, but once the separated ingredients merge together, the flavor of the ice cream is awful.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
