- CKCharisse KimApr 24, 20261.0Tonight my girlfriend and I went there to get my sick aunty her favorite ice cream since she isn’t doing well also she had a stroke a week ago the male worker looked at me and instead of helping my girlfriend and I, he went to the next customer and she was really nice and told him we’re here first, so I told him what ice cream I wanted but he had a rude attitude with me and with a cocky attitude he was like what ice cream again. I told him again. Instead of asking if we wanted a cover he put a spoon in the ice cream and I was like can I have a cover since I wanted to take this to my aunty. He said something under his breath and my girlfriend said rude much, my girlfriend wanted to tell him off. But for someone to work with customer like this shouldn’t be allow to be working with people. He seem like he was against LGBT couples. He should be retrained correctly.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
