  I hate giving bad reviews, but I agree with the other customers that gave one and two star reviews. It’s not just a one off because it’s the same every time we go there. It’s been 15 plus minutes and still waiting for 2 drinks. That’s not Including the 5 minutes I stood by the cashier waiting for someone to say something…anything. There are 6-7 employees walking around behind the counter and no one greets customers. At least say “I’ll be right with you”. There was one other party of 3 when I put my order in, and I’m still waiting, now 20 minutes. There’s lots of trash on the floor and the food display looks like it hasn’t been changed for days. I know it’s very difficult to run a business in Hawaii nowadays, so I feel for the owner. I’m writing this review in hopes that the owner will see it and know what’s going on if they don’t already. It got two stars because no one was flat out rude. They just have zero understanding of customer service.

  I hate to give a place a one star, in fact I do not think I ever have. Unfortunately due to the manager Jasmine, I am unable to give this store anything more. I would like to specify that the young kids who work in this store do their best with the circumstances they are given. Jasmine facilitates a completely unprofessional work environment and REFUSES to take accountability for her actions. Hope that Jamba Juice replaces her quickly, as there are many other negative reviews with Jasmines name.

  Ordered online and it wasn't ready for 45 minutes. And then the acai was all frozen hard and really not good. I don't blame the staff cuz they seemed to be working hard but the management must be terrible.

  Giving this place 2 stars so it’s harder to take down the reviews and people actually see this. I’ve came in the store about 5 times before actually being fed up with the terrible service I’ve received from a worker named Jasmine. Just another entitled lady who can’t do her job correctly. I sit in the store after receiving my drink that took forever to be made by her, and watch her take food to feed her kid in the back during a rush. I assume she is the manager because of how much food safety stuff she’s comfortably breaking. It shouldn’t take over 15 minutes for 3 orange dreams 5 SEPARATE TIMES. My friends and I can literally see her in the back talking story with the girls while she’s lecturing the guys about “the cleanliness of the store.” I’ll drive past the store to make my way to Safeway and I’ll literally see her in the eating area sitting down and talking story with some guy I assume is her boyfriend. I wanted to wait a few visits before actually making a complaint, but she is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve received GREAT service from 2 boys named Maximus and Micah and a girl named Emie. Retrain that Jasmine girl or something because I am BAFFLED with this grown lady acting like she don’t wanna do the job she signed up for WITH her child in the back room. Lots of your customers have worked in the fast food industry before, we can tell what shitty and unethical service is, Jasmine. Mahalo!

  Very disappointed that this location was already closed at 7:29 pm which is before closing time 8 pm which is what it showed per Google. This is not the first time that this location has disappointed me. I keep telling myself that I'm never going back there. Maybe this time I never will.
