  If you are looking for top quality, grass fed, locally sourced beef while on Kauai definitely stop by Medieros Farms. Unfortunately, we arrive later in the afternoon when their inventory had been mostly depleted, but I was able to find a nice piece of tri-tip that allowed me to cut three steaks from.

  We had the chorizo (best and most authentic chorizo I’ve ever tried), pork sausages (so juicy and well seasoned), and char siu (really nails the flavour, so tender and tasty). We wish we could’ve brought some home with us, a must stop if you’re planning on barbecuing while on the island!

  The attendant was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She provided her pride in the best meat, grass fed, on the island!

  Best kept secret of Kauai. Absolutely delicious eggs and beef, best on island.
