Great shop for a cup of Amer-Kona after a long drive around the island.

I ordered an avocado bagel. The menu said it came with tomato, but when I got it, it had cucumber instead and was missing the feta cheese, which was also listed. When I mentioned the missing tomato, the staff member just said the menu was wrong. Okay, but it was also missing the feta and had cucumber, which wasn’t on the menu at all. If I were allergic to cucumber or simply didn’t like it, that would be a problem. Service was extremely slow, and there didn’t seem to be much concern about getting the order right. Overall, the service was very poor. That said, I can’t deny that the coffee was delicious and the food tasted very good, even if it wasn’t exactly what I ordered. But they really need to improve their service.

The mocha Mauna Kea was the best frappe-style drink I've ever had. Plus an Aussie came up and gave me a hug?? So that was awesome lol

Nice avo toast bagels. Papaya is fire. They have coconut yogurt too if your lactose intolerant. Coffee great. Drip was a little watery for dark. Maybe do a pour over if you want some texture and viscosity. Vibe is nice. Outdoor seating around back is nice little hideout.

Great spot. Coffee is well made and options are good (and I don't mean how many syrup flavors, though they have those too, but styles of coffe, type of roast, etc.). Breakfast sandwiches and pastries were tasty, fresh ingredients, easily handled dietary restrictions. Plenty of parking. Moves quickly even with a long line. Lovely patio area and inside seating. Highly recommend!
