- JOJo opOct 22, 20243.0Sunday afternoon, the line went out the door, even though I was halfway through the line it still took 30 minutes to get my ice cream and it looked like they were kind of just doing their own thing with other tasks I mean they were working hard but they weren't really serving us. When I finally got to choose they were out of the flavor I wanted. one thing they were doing was get two scoops and get a free waffle cone but they were out of waffle cones. Finally get to pay and the price wasn't the cheapest with one scoop and a sugar cone either. I'm sure it's not like this everyday but I leave this review just from this one experience.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
