  They do a good job with the food but the people working the drive through seriously need to chill- every time I come here I pull up to the menu/speaker and when they ask to take my order I tell them it’ll be just a moment- and every time, literally 30 seconds later they ask me again if they can take my order, this time in an impatient tone. Jeez, give me some time to look at the menu. Are you guys not aware that you only have one menu board in the drive through, the same one the speaker is on, with a ton of items? Not to mention you can barely read it half the time because it’s angled in such a way that the sun washes it out. Sorry if I’m not intimately familiar with your menu and have everything memorized. 🙄 I mean, I do realize it’s all variations on the same thing anyway, but if you’re going to offer 50 different items, you’re going to have to wait a moment while I decide which one I want. I’m not taking an unreasonable amount of time, so just relax. Maybe they ought to narrow down the menu options if they want to be impatient.

  Another fast food chain running themselves out of business The kiosk to order is the only option, and it’s longer than a cashier for people to figure it out and order.

  Don't get the chicken 3 cheese melt, tortilla soggy and chicken had no flavor! This is another restaurant that almost insists that you use a kiosk to order, which makes difficult if you want condiments included on the side
