  I bike to Sonic 2 or 3 times every week. I came across an excellent employee of, Sonic, by the first Name of Ms. Jordan. There was a miss order and she came out and thus, confirmed my order and straightened out and corrected my order. She is very pleasant. She remembers, my Name “Paul” and also my, Order without telling her. She welcomed me by my first name “Paul”, A real nice person! When annual review comes, please consider her for an employee raise in pay! Her compassion and thorough meticulous customer service IS, exceptional. Sincerely Paul B.

  ⭐ 1 Star I go to Sonic on Maui about three times a week, and the inconsistency with their ice cream Blasts is extremely frustrating. About 50% of the time, all the toppings and mix-ins are only at the very top, and once you get past the first few bites, the entire rest of the cup is just plain vanilla ice cream. When you're paying for a Blast, you expect the toppings to actually be mixed throughout the entire cup, not just sprinkled on top. This has happened way too many times to be a one-time mistake. I keep coming back because I enjoy Sonic, but at this point, the lack of consistency is disappointing and needs to be addressed. Please train the staff to properly mix the Blasts so customers actually get what they're paying for.

  Annalise amazing shift Supervisor gave us the best quality service available on maui in my opinion. She said she's only making 20 per hour however in her current position which I may remind you is shift lead... I want to advocate for these workers to get the pay they deserve no less than 30 for the work she is sincerely completing. I hope sonic understands the dedication as customers we have to our workers as a people and implications of pay and quality of work are assessed. With much love a maui local making sure we all live good.
