  My sub was amazing , full of fresh veggies and the employees very helpful and accomedated my every need for my sub!! Very busy and for how busy it was I appreciated the kindness and how the employee took Time on my sub and it wasn't a mess!! I wish people would see how busy this subway gets and how many employees their are and give it more than 1 chance and visit again like I did...Fav subway & love love love how juicy fresh and put together my spicy Italian with tuna toasted was!!! Yummy

  Update: my family pre ordered from this location and I was hesitant to pick this up... But I do give credit where credit is due! Today, 2 young workers, very polite, friendly, efficient... Order was ready for Pick up. Very clean inside this place. Gave 4 stars for now, will try again and hope to improve to 5. Keep up the good work. Thank you. If there was a negative number it'll be it. Tried giving this place my money /business 2 x in a week, just to see if it was a fluke attitude moment. BUT will never ever go back. I'd rather make me my own ham sandwich. WORST worst service! Trust me, if the owner don't do something real quick, this place will be putting down the chain brand. CUSTOMERS..... Worth googling the next nearby location. Moanalua shopping center, anywhere else. Horrible. These employees needs some kind of incentive to be nice, maybe even crack a smile.
