The shop was nice and yknow, certain aesthetic lookin that wasn’t too harsh on the eyes and didn’t make me feel like I was in the T-Mobile a few shops down. Customer service was nice, and I loved the sandwiches. Nowadays it sort of changed, but mostly the atmosphere feels cold and just, not nice to sit in. Feels like an apple or Verizon store and I wanted to leave as fast as I could to the islander near it; old looking, but nice to sit and eat in.

Took 20 minutes to explain how we were charged for 2 extra items, and instead of requesting a refund we just wanted those items instead. Truly headache worthy. If I were you I’d just go to a different location or wait until other people are hired. Even drew on the receipt and they couldn’t understand.
