- ENErin NelsonAug 20, 20262.0I know I was a tourist in Hawaii, but the prices were insanely high. $7 for a small box of Band-Aids, $24 for a box of 9 back pain patches, $15 for 12 eggs... It seems like Safeway is really price gouging. Target and Walmart in Hawaii aren't that expensive.

I come 9-10pm bc that’s the only time I can and it’s SO frustrating. Open up the dang self check out if there’s going to be 50 people in line and one register 🙄🙄

Sandwich rolls, packed three days in advance with an expiration date of Friday. STALE and HARD. Ham, ordered SHAVED got SLICES. Why do you bother to ask customers how they want the meat cut if you are just going make it YOUR WAY NOT THEIRS? (At least I got a refund for this one, but did not discover the other two issues at the same time, so when I went to get a refund, oh, of course, NO BUTTON FOR IT.) Finally, 1lb of ground beef. Was going to make burgers tonight. NOPE. It is LITERALLY GREY. GREY. At $13???? You people should be ashamed of yourselves for doing this to customers. Were you looking to lose one? Because you did. NEVER again.

When I approached her to asked question She yelled at me saying she’s on the phone and i didn’t know that she was talking to somebody since she wasn’t holding a phone and that time she was just sweeping the floor . She was working at the guest service during my visit around 9:15pm. She shouldn’t be working at the guest service if that’s how she treat customers . Very rude!!!
