- KMKevin MSep 15, 20261.0This store should be investigated for fraud and price manipulation. The last 3-4 visits have been awful experiences. This isn't a complaint about cost here. We all know its expensive to live. This store in particular has consistently has the worst pricing. I now shop and have to photo every item I pick up with a "discount" because when reaching the register its never the same. This last visit the cashier said photos are not good enough and I need to use their app. And he needed to go to the isle to see the discount. So what's the gripe.. lets take a jar of pickles, the full retail is 8.99, on sale for 6.49.. Great deal. I get to the register and it rings 8.99. Lines backing up and the photo of the item is not acceptable. So I look the item online and its 6.99.. if this was just a jar of pickes no problem. Couple bucks.. but it was half of the items in the cart the same issue. Its infuriating and WHO HAS TIME FOR THIS. This last year the average bag of groceries has been about $100 (per bag) i got home and found i over paid by the stores own pricing about $30. Speaking of the bags THAT WE PAY FOR, thank you California, the bags are so cheap that they cant make it out of the cart without tearing. Which is wonderful. This last trip, already steaming from pricing, the double bag the cashier packed tore open and broke a couple jars and ruined about $40 of food. I really just want to return it all. And lastly. A snack of the freshly bought groceries, the very first item opened . Was stale. With the cost of food here.. how is this acceptable.
