  Safeway didn't have the Hawaiian Cookie Company shortbread cookies I wanted (backordered), but the deli had a few items that I purchased for the next couple of days that tasted good. I was shocked to see how much Lysol cost 😮. Target didn't have any full sized cans - the travel purse size was 3.89 plus tax 😑.

  Sherii the cashier was very rude and sarcastic like I'm sorry that you're 30 and work at a grocery store I'd hate my life too but that's no reason to be rude to people grow up lady hope you enjoy your one-star review from the blonde pregnant lady with a flower in her hair I'm sure you remember me !

  I wanted to get a sandwich inside, but the amount of filling they used was very meager. They don't carry any brands that reflect the American style. I wanted to take a picture of the cheese they were using, but they wouldn't allow it; they put just a dessert-spoon-sized portion of cheese in it—I would never recommend it.

  Store itself is fine. Clean, well-stocked. Good deals. Friendly staff and helpful people overall. ONE EXCEPTION - There's this one staff member that works at the self check out area, who seems to always be irritated and annoyed. We've seen him argue with customers, showing an attitude when the "help" light goes off, and worse off, reprimanding customers for not knowing how to use the app or holding up the line. We saw him raise his voice to a mother with a young child today who struggled with clipping deals. We were standing next to this ohana and the mother was mentioning something about the deals not working (or something similar). He lectured them and constantly talked over the mother. Poor child was looking at this staff in horror. We smiled at the child just to make her feel better. No reason for this staff member to be so irked and raise his voice at them. This staff member then turned around called the other customer "annoying" because her light went off though she didn't need help. Similar encounters happened to us before but we kinda brushed it off like he was having a bad day when he gave us an impatient attitude. But given that we are regulars and live in the area, and have seen this happen so many times with different people, it's probably worth mentioning- hoping that someone from management can see this and give this guy some feedback. Short, dark complexion, Asian dude. Intense looking. Loud. Works pm shift closer to late afternoons and early evenings. We see him in the self check out counter all the time. Get some training and be professional. Your customers aren't your punching bag! Maybe he should take on another role that's not customer facing.
