I did an online complaint and never heard back from a manager. I was trying to get a nice pizza, yet I was disappointed. I knew I should’ve ordered Dominos, they never ever disappoint smh.

- QNQuoc NgoMar 27, 20261.0I was coming as a customer to pick up a Ubereats order and was very unprofessionally pressed with looks from this worker in a black shirt and he tried to get me out the store by giving me gestures and looks like he wanted to fight me just because I was trying to pick up my order this is unacceptable and needs to be fired from his job. He can’t be pressing people and acting hostile towards customers like he never went to school and is trying to act like he wants to fight his customers to get a reaction out of them.

The driver gave me the pizza with the garlic sauce container opened and splashed all over the box. The driver had left before I had the chance to show him the open sauce. So I called Papa John’s and I spoke with a lady worker who supposedly tried to transfer my call to the manager who never picks up the phone. I tried to call them several times after that but they kept putting me on hold and I was never able to speak to anyone after that. I will never order anything from Papa John’s anymore. Their customer service is terrible and if anything is wrong in regards to your delivery it is impossible to get to anyone to handle the situation.
