  This review is long Overdue, sorry 🤷. Hi-5 to the 2 mgs. who advertised me over the phone. 1 Waikiki Gas Station and the head mg. & Trainer? Tita Girls 🤙. Patience, I was given an ear to explain what I was trying to do. For the family especially their Mom my neighbor was very ill. The Monks had already came to set her path. Sebastian Mg. He gave me compassion and let me explain. I needed to have them deliver to the children who has been caring for Mom. So I thought I would send them a treat. I'm saying ALL of this to 1 person who backed up what I was trying to do. I had to go to Longs so I wasn't going to be there, so the instructions? Got told to the delivery guy, " go to the 3nd. floor turn right the main door should be opened and ask if this is the Cat Lady's house"! Before I got there cause I made it home in time to watch. I called Papa John's thinking I will be talking to Sebastian Mg. NO! I don't know his name and I'm so sorry 🤦! He was the cook that night. He REPEATED word for word what I was trying to do with this surprise. Cat Lady, she is very ill, and then tells ME " We Got Your Back"! I cried, my husband picked me up at Longs and I'm crying and I'm explaining to him these 3 young Men are doing so we were rushing to get home. Delivery Guy approach the door and said " hi is this the cat lady's house for I have this pizza from Charlie "! Everyone was so surprised and grateful. What Papa John's staff didn't get to know was this. Deliver's voice carried to my neighbor who was sick in bed and She heard Cat Lady's house and pizza and got OUT of the bed. She hasn't moved in weeks! I made it in time to see and hear it. I thanked the driver so much for he did it perfectly! When I went over to see if her grown kids were eating. Their Mom, my neighbor and friend was sitting at the table and ate 1 slice. She heard that pizza came for the Cat Lady. By the way. She is doing well and caring for the neighborhood cats, but she is doing it slowly but she is walking around. Her kids couldn't believe it! A team of 3 Men, who understood the importance of a nice gesture that I was trying to do. Made a sick women feel important for her to Get Out Of Her Bed. Something about pizza 🍕. Lots of aloha " love" from Me Charlie at Makamai Apts up Nu'uanu Ave.

  Usually the orders are great but they burnt my Philly Cheese into oblivion 😭😭😭😭. Edit: Gave it another try and order came in fresh and perfect second time around 👌🏽 ✨️.

  We have bought Papa John pizzas for years . However, lately it continues to arrive burnt (4 last times). The first time I reported it, Sebastian, Shift Mgr was very nice & accommodating. However, no one believed us & refused to call him, so pizza was delayed a day. Burnt also, but did not complain as other managers there are quite rude. Then we ordered it other night. It was also burnt. The manager on duty (Chelsa?) was very cold but did give me her number to send photo of burnt pizza. So they remade it last night. Not only was it burnt but I assume, due to it being a “made over” pizza, it had half of all the toppings. Should have taken photo. Thinnest (& burnt pizza) pizza I have ever seen in my life. Buy from Pizza Hut instead. One can order take out or delivery directly from both of them, also using cash.
