- DDDeran DeckerAug 22, 20262.0I hate to leave this review, but this is the worst pizza I've had in a while. Same issue as always with Papa John's and I will call for a refund every time: dry crust. The difference is obvious once you've had a normal pizza from them. They pre-toss the crusts ahead of time and let them sit in open air on a metal rack and the crusts dries out and becomes disgusting and inedible. That should be completely banned by Papa John's, especially at the prices you're charging!! If they do this to you, call and get a refund. That's the only way to make them stop. So irritating. (I only gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they refunded my order without arguing.)
