  First of all, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. The only reason I’m giving it one is because Google doesn’t allow zero-star reviews. Consider this a zero-star review. I’ve visited this location three separate times, and each visit was handled by a different employee. Despite that, the overall customer service was consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming every single time. To give just a couple of examples, on one visit I ordered a drink expecting it to be mango-based because that’s how it was presented on the poster. When I asked why it tasted completely different, I never received a friendly explanation. During that same visit, I also had to point out that I hadn’t received my full change. Neither situation was handled with the level of courtesy I would expect. I’ve been to Hawaii several times, and Häagen-Dazs is always one of my stops. I’ve visited other Häagen-Dazs locations as well, and I’ve never experienced service like this. What disappointed me wasn’t the drink—it was the consistently unfriendly attitude. After three visits, they had every opportunity to redeem my impression of this place. If even one employee had shown basic kindness, I would never have left this one-star review. Instead, every visit only reinforced my disappointment. Such a shame. Although English isn’t my native language, I chose to write this review in English so that as many people as possible can read it. I genuinely hope no one else has to experience the same consistently unfriendly service that I did.

  Echo is rude and wouldn’t even look at me. Got in line to buy some water bottles after my family ordered $30 worth of ice cream. And had ppl go in front of me while I stood right in front of the cash register.

  We stopped by Häagen-Dazs around 10:30 PM, and even though it was quite busy, the staff handled everything well. Everyone was courteous and professional, and we had a great experience from start to finish. The ice cream was delicious, and the sundae was excellent, exactly what we were craving. We appreciated the friendly service despite the late hour and busy crowd. We’ll definitely be back! 🍨😊

  The worst Haagen-Dazs I've tried, absolutely terrible service and look of the sundae. The asian looking woman, was extremely rude to us. Avoid
