  Made reservations days ahead of time, then got there and were told it would be upwards of an hour past our reservation time before we might get a table. So we asked if we could activate the kids cards with the meal deal early while we wait and were told no...we have to be a table..well that's why I made the reservation in the first place... But since you are failing to honor on my reservation, your not even gonna budge to make it right in any way!!!??? Sad .... *****Editing to add that the manager & our server, did make up for it. They were great! The hostess girls needs some work.*****

  First and foremost, mahalo for the tremendous hospitality and accommodations that your establishment provided. Your staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Vee was an exceptional server, and we especially appreciated her compassion, kindness, and outstanding service. The quality of the food was excellent and the games were fun, entertaining, and kept all of us smiling from ear to ear! Mahalo to Peter Mateo and the entire D&B staff for a fun filled day!! You guys Rock!!!!!!!!!

  I took my ohana out for dinner and enjoyed the food, service, and games. I had the Steak and Shrimp Alfredo. The manager Chaz(sp?) checked on our table. That was a plus because not all restaurants have the managers come out and personally check. Our server was Richie and he is the best! He’s quick, friendly, and always refilled our dark LS before the cops were empty. My friend ordered the Kalbi and said it’s one of the best he tasted.! Would definitely go again!

  We came in to celebrate Father’s Day, right from the start the young ladies very friendly. Our server Niki was awesome, she suggested cocktails and we went with the dangerous water and it was great! She offered us options from the combo meals with game cards. We enjoyed all of the food and the games. Spent more money than expected, putting more so that we can win more tickets for the prize area. Peter the Assistant General Manager came by and spent some time talking to us, my wife really liked his friendliness and his sense of humor. He not only spoke to the adults but the kids also. He invited us back for another visit and to ask for him, as he wants to say hello and ensure our next visit was as awesome as this one. Great people working here.

  I’m never disappointed whenever I come here now. The first time I came to a Dave & Buster’s for my younger brother’s birthday (around Ward location at the time), I swore I would never come back despite the food and drinks being amazing. Staff at the time looked pissed, and one employee stopped by our table, asked my brother and me to pose and then kiss for picture-taking, and was pretty insistent about it after we turned it down multiple time. It was an unpleasant and awkward experience. BUUUUUUT when this new Ala Moana location opened up, my younger brother wanted to come here again for his birthday. To my pleasant surprise, I actually had a great experience there! The location is bigger, so there’s more varieties of games for everyone. Food and drinks were amazing as always. And friendly customer service! We ended up spending hours and lots of money on games. I came here again yesterday with my boyfriend and still had an amazing experience at this Dave & Buster’s! Great food, great customer service, and great vibe! It was also the first time that I used the restroom here, and that place was sparkling clean ✨✨. Will be stopping by again soon!
