  Service is amazing! Very friendly and kind staff. We went during a hectic time but they sat us and our orders came out very fast! The food was really good and definitely coming back to try different wing flavors. We were able to take advantage and play the shuffle board which made the get together really fun! The ambiance is fun and loud, typical arcade!

  Extremely slow and inattentive server. $14 large party fee for seven people and a carney asking for a tip for loading a card at the human claw machine was also annoying. Ordered 4 plates and dinner took 1 hour and 45 minutes.

  I've been a recurring customer of dave and busters for years because of the good food and environment. But as for the customer service regarding Jennifer and Dillion, i could say i was astonished as to how verbally and mentally abusive they are to their staff. They have been nothing but completely rude and disrespectful to the staff and it's absolutely unacceptable. And to top it off, I so happened to walk into the restroom as Dillion was in there, doing cocaine, i had previously heard him speaking to Jennifer about the use of this, but had ABSOLUTELY NO idea they were actively doing it in the restrooms. As a 58 year old man, i've never seen such poor behavior from employees of any business. As much as i love the institution itself, i will no longer be returning as i can not fathom being in the vicinity with these kind of people. And im incredibly sorry to the staff that has to put up with them.

  I made a reservation for my son's birthday celebration - on a Sunday. So glad I reserved a table - it was very busy! We were given the perfect spot, in a corner booth, with a great view of all the football games! Our waiter Sal, was great! Food was fresh and prepared perfectly 👌 We will be back!

  Excellent experience!! The building clearly very well kept and clean. Robin, Shane, and Shin behind the bar were on top of every need before I even knew I needed it. Managers Peter and Chaz both swung by to make sure everything was on point. I even got to meet the events manager Kendra for a potential future party booking.
