Tonight, a group of my friends and I tried visiting for some ice cream on a double date after dinner, and when we showed up before closing, at 930pm, the employees had already locked the door and were blasting music, avoiding eye contact with us. All the lights and signs, inside and out, were on. Really disappointed. There were multiple other customers who also were turned away.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
